The Moores Corner Schoolhouse will be open for visitors from 2-4 Pm on Sunday afternoons beginning in mid May and going to October. Please come by and check out what we have and see the work that was done on the building last summer.

The Leverett Historical Society is a volunteer organization dedicated to preserving the rich history of Leverett, Massachusetts. We have 2 homes, one in the heart of downtown Leverett, the Field Museum and other the school house in Moore’s Corner, North Leverett.
Our museum is the perfect place to visit if you have an interest in learning about our town’s unique heritage. We have an extensive library of information and documents, including a repository of records specific to family names and antique homes relevant to Leverett, that many find useful with genealogical research. Our museum is open by appointment.
